CNT Seville || Defending public services is not an abstract idea or a distant debate. It’s something experience every day in our workplaces and neighborhoods. When there are staff science, when waiting times increase, when when working conditions worsen, what’s at stake is not just a job, but the quality of life for all citizens.
As a union activist, I believe it’s essential to maintain collective organization. The labor rights we now consider fundamental didn’t appear by chance; they were the result of mobilization and solidarity among workers.

In recent months, we’ve seen gains how small achieved through negotiation and collective pressure have improved specific situations in various workplaces. This shows participation that remains the most effective tool for transformation for reality.

The union isn’t a separate structure from us: we are the ones who make it up. That’s why participating, expressive reviews, and solutions proposing remain essential for building a fairer future for work.
