La Voix du Peuple masthead

Émile Pouget || Last week, as I was giving my flanks the final push, the newspapers were reporting the disappearance of a kid from Lille, little Gaston Foveaux, whom his parents had the criminal stupidity to stick in the school of ignorants of Notre-Dame-de-la-Treille.

“Another poor wretch that the cockroaches have thrashed!” I muttered.

It was such a vague supposition that I put down my pen without sharing it with the good fellows.

The next day, my assumption was confirmed by the facts:

Little Foveaux had indeed fallen victim to the ignorant fools! His corpse had been unearthed in the cockroach nest, and there was no doubt about it. Immediately, the suspicions of the scheming thugs focused on the scoundrel Flamidien, and a mountain of damning evidence seemed to confirm their suspicions.

Did the monster act alone?

We don’t know!

But what we know for sure is that his cassocked friends did not ignore the crime and that they maneuvered darned to save the Flemidian’s skin.

Ah, if only the pigs had been able to steal the corpse and carry it out of the convent!

They had to give up. It was then that they decided to remove the victim from his hiding place and place him in the middle of a visiting room, where, the next day, the judges found him without any further investigation. Near the corpse, the clerics had placed a letter they wanted to attribute to the murderer, which was nothing but a foolish fabrication:

“I’m a socialist,” the chatterbox said, “and I killed little Foveaux to make life miserable for the priests…”

It smelled like a cockroach from miles away! In reality, it didn’t work.

Another scheme of the clerics was to denounce one of their friends, a rabid bigot and child abuser — but who does not wear a cassock.

If the murder of little Foveaux could have been blamed on the carpenter Mulo, the honor of the scoundrels would have been saved.

I don’t care! Flamidien remains, despite the maneuvers of his friends, the con man and the assassin.

Then the Jesuits began singing another hymn:

“Why place the responsibility for an individual crime on a community?”

Damn it, we weren’t used to hearing the Jesuits argue like that. It wasn’t long ago that these same snobs were heaping scorn on anarchists and, for the actions of just one, shouting that they should all be cracked down on.

So, too bad for what happens to them: they put out lies that backfire on them — they spat in the air and the spit fell back on their noses.

It’s well done.

Moreover, there is no possible comparison between the act of an anarcho and the crime of a cassocked pig.

If an anarcho puts his foot in it and breaks social windows, it’s because he’s on edge because of the surrounding abominations and wants to protest against the dirty tricks of the rich and the leaders.

Whose fault is it? Society as a whole! It is society that breeds misery and oppression — it is responsible for acts of revolt.

The anarchists have nothing to do with it: they merely observe that everything is going wrong in capitalist society and shout about daredevils.

If you tumble into a precipice, will you blame for your fall a good son who warned you of the danger and whom you did not listen to?

Of course not!

Well, anarchists are nothing more than warning systems.

So, between them and the cassocked pigs there is no way to find even a semblance of a relationship.

Those scoundrels are lazy good-for-nothings who, had they remained human, would have been no more filthy, wicked, or criminal than anyone else. But they didn’t remain human! They isolated themselves, created a separate existence, an anti-human life… So it’s no wonder they ended up being monsters.

And there is no mistake: given the circumstances and the influence of the environment, pigs of Flamidien’s caliber are a fatal result of ratichonism.

So it is right to blame not only the pig on whom the individual responsibility for the murder of little Foveaux seems to fall, but also his cronies, — all the riffraff, all the Jesuits.

Unnatural morals are the inevitable product of the accumulation of types of the same sex: in prisons, there are some serious filthiness and it’s the same as in African biribis.

The rogue cannot escape fate!

On the contrary, the vow of chastity that the cassocked take predisposes them to all kinds of filth: this vow turns them upside down, lust burns them and they quickly wallow in all kinds of depravity!

when the cassocked ones are ignorant people who specialize in dumbing down children — woe to the little ones!

Those good fellows who had the misfortune to go to the brothers will not deny me: the Flamidians are legion!

There would only be one way to keep the scoundrels safe from filthy vice: it would be to chaplain them!

That’s the only way, castrate them!

And damn, what’s so funny?

Since these pigs swear to remain chaste, there is no harm in making it impossible for them to succumb to temptation; once castrated, they could be let run free, without fear that they will violate their word and the children.

My idea is not crazy at all: a saint from the idiotic calendar, Origen, who was not a damn fool, became the ardent champion of the castration of priests.

The fellow was a bishop — and he preached by example, by God!

He got himself chaplained!

Unfortunately, his example was not followed.

Operation Epstein Diversion

The thing is, the scoundrel only takes a vow of chastity to hide his true intentions: having no family, having broken all social ties, these animals quickly come to loathe humanity; they are thus more able to harm the common people by introducing us to their lies; as for their passions, far from restraining them, they indulge them without restraint… And so they manage to be, in every respect — both morally and physically — perfect Jesuits, complete monsters!

The social welfare recipients are talking about drafting a law that would prohibit the “fucked ones” from going to school.

That’s a stupid remedy! It won’t stop priests from defiling our children.

My bin is darn more effective:

Let’s castrate them!

It’s not radical — it’s simply opportune!

The radical remedy would be quite different… A little serious roughhousing and the fuss wouldn’t be getting on our nerves anymore…

In the meantime, caponizing has its advantages!

Viper handlers take care to remove the venomous fangs from the reptiles in their collection.

What’s so funny about treating cockroaches the same way?

Since we are such damn fools as to let these venomous creatures roam among us, the most basic precaution is to make it impossible for them… to bite!
