On Wednesday, October 9th, author Miguel G. Gómez presented his book, *The CNT and the New Economy: From Business Collectivism to the Planning of the Confederal Economy (1936-1939)*, at our Foundation’s headquarters in Madrid. Miguel G. Gómez helped us understand how the revolutionary process unfolded at the local level, with an economy built from the bottom up—the cornerstone of the social transformation undertaken by the CNT in the summer of 1936.
In a context of multisystemic crisis affecting all aspects of life, the libertarian revolutionary proposal is absolutely essential, and learning from it prepares us to face new challenges and revolutionary transformations. This was a great opportunity to talk with the author and learn about this entire process.
